What we collect
Only what you submit: name, company, MSME category, certification interest, timeline, budget and any notes you add. Analytics tools record anonymous usage data such as pages viewed and device type.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a scope and price, and maintain a record of the engagement. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing.
Confidentiality
Drawings, process data, audit findings and cost information shared during an engagement are treated as confidential and are not disclosed without written consent. A mutual NDA can be signed before any data is exchanged.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months, and engagement records for the period required by applicable law. Write to support@avikconsultancy.com to access, correct or delete your data.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to any content.
Terms of Service
Scope of services
Consulting, training, third-party inspection and certification-support services are delivered as described in the written proposal accepted by the client. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately.
No guarantee of certification
Certification is awarded by independent certification bodies and assessors. We prepare your organisation to meet the applicable requirements but cannot guarantee an outcome, subsidy approval or grant disbursal.
Fees and payment
Prices shown on this site are indicative starting points. Final fees, travel costs and payment milestones are set out in the proposal. Invoices are payable within 15 days unless agreed otherwise.
Client responsibilities
Timely access to the site, records, personnel and management decisions is essential. Delays caused by unavailability of these may extend timelines and revise fees.
Liability
Liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost contracts or production stoppages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
