I spent two decades inside automotive and appliance manufacturing before going independent — first as a line quality engineer, then running quality assurance for a Tier-1 supplier serving Indian and Japanese OEMs. In that time I sat on both sides of the audit table: preparing plants for IATF 16949 surveillance, and auditing suppliers whose paperwork looked perfect while their process capability did not. That gap is what this practice exists to close. Since 2018 I have delivered 50+ audits and supported 30+ manufacturers through IATF, ISO and ZED certification, component costing estimation, third-party inspection and technical recruitment. I work directly with owners and plant heads, keep scope fixed and priced up front, and hand over systems your own team can run after I leave.
